World Day of Prayer is a global ecumenical movement led by Christian women who welcome all to join in prayer and action for peace and justice on every first Friday of March and throughout the year. As we immerse ourselves in the program developed by WDP Suriname for the 2018 celebration, we are reminded why the theme “All God’s Creation is Very Good” is so important and relevant to our daily lives.

Deborah Zimmerman, teacher and wife of an Anglican Priest will talk about the years her family lived & worked in Moose Factory, at the southern end of James Bay. The second post established by Hudson Bay Company, built in 1672, it is the oldest English-speaking settlement in Ontario. Most of the island is part of the reserve lands of the Moose CREE First Nation. Pay-what-you-can luncheon catered by St Paul's ladies groups. Please call to reserve a seat, 905-852-7016.
