I’m sure you’ve heard the buzz around town – Little Thief Bakery Co. is the must stop shop to satisfy your cravings. This new bakery doesn’t disappoint, offering a wide variety of delicious baked goods, artisanal sourdough breads, and of course doughnuts! What more could you ask for? Since their opening weekend on January 7th/8th, the bakery has been steadily selling out, with their doughnuts being the first to fly off the shelves!
If you follow them from afar on Instagram (@littlethiefbakeryco) perhaps you’ve seen some of their decadent creations. Savory or sweet, Little Thief Bakery Co. has something for everyone. A great spot to pick up something for your weekend family brunch – or just a treat for yourself, no judgment here!
Curious how Little Thief Bakery Co. became what it is today? It began during the peak of the pandemic in 2020, owners Greg and Lauren began making and selling doughnuts from their home in Seagrave. Even at that stage, their doughnuts were consistently in high demand. The announcement came back in September 2022 that the Little Thief Bakery Co. would be moving into 12 Brock St. W., formerly the location of Bredin’s Bakery. The couple pulled inspiration for the name “Little Thief” from their black lab mix, Abbey, their “little thief”.
Now, with the help of pastry chef Myles, the team of three is certainly creating something to talk about in our community. Make sure you aren’t missing out, show your support and give a warm welcome to the Little Thief Bakery Co!
Open Thursdays through Sundays from 10am – 4pm (or while quantities last). Better arrive early!
